If you’re building new or putting an addition on an existing structure, our General Contracting side manages the project from the first survey stake to the final walkthrough. That usually starts with getting the site ready. Land Clearing takes out the trees, stumps, and undergrowth standing where your build needs to go, and Lot Clearing does the same on smaller residential parcels where access is tight and the neighbors are close. When something already standing has to come down first, Demolition handles the teardown and haul-off, whether it’s an old barn, a mobile home, or a concrete slab.
Once the ground is open, the dirt work begins. Excavation covers basements, footings, ponds, and anything else that means moving volume. Dirt Work & Pad Leveling builds the flat, compacted base a shop, garage, or manufactured home needs to sit on without settling later. Grading & Drainage is the part people skip and regret, because water that has nowhere to go finds your foundation, your driveway, or your field. We shape slopes, cut swales, and set culverts so runoff moves away from what matters. Trench Work gets water lines, electrical, gas, and septic runs into the ground at the right depth.
On rural and acreage properties, the work looks a little different. Forestry Mulching grinds brush and small trees into mulch right where they stand, which leaves the soil covered and skips the burn pile entirely. Brush Hogging knocks down tall grass, weeds, and saplings across open ground. Fence Row Clearing opens up overgrown property lines so you can see, repair, or replace the fence. Reclaiming Pastures pulls all of that together on land that’s been sitting idle, turning cedar-choked acreage back into usable grazing. Tree Trimming handles limbs over the driveway, the roofline, or the powerline drop.
